The Monticello Apartments are specifically designed for those 62 years of age or older or handicapped & disabled regardless of age. We offer comfortable senior living at affordable prices. Quality, peaceful, private dwellings nestled in a park like setting create the perfect atmosphere to come home to. You can live with a secure sense of personal independence, and experience the contentment and peace-of-mind you deserve. We also offer our residents local nursing homes visits, health meetings and the Council on Aging bus to help with transportation. We are located close to local shopping, restaurants, churches, pharmacies, doctors, and community activities.

Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly property. As a special security deposit, Resident agrees to pay the Owner the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). We allow service animals. The following types of common household pets will be permitted under the following criteria:
DOGS: Maximum number =one; Maximum weight = 30 pounds; Must be housebroken; must be spayed or neutered; must have all required vaccinations; must be licensed.
CATS: Maximum number =one; must be declawed; must be spayed or neutered; must have all required vaccinations; must be trained to the litter box.
BIRDS: Maximum number =two; must be maintained inside of a cage at all times; waste must be disposed of in a sealed bag and placed in the trash bin; excessive noise shall not be permitted.
FISH: Maximum aquarium size =20 gallons; must be maintained on an approved stand.
